Comic Night 3
Check the new video of Zach and mines comic night adventures....YES OF COURSE COMIC NIGHTS ARE ADVENTUROUS!!! DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY ZOMBIES WE HAD TO KILL TO GET ENOUGH BONES TO GRIND, SAND, AND MELD TOGETHER TO MAKE THAT DRAFTING TABLE!!!!!

Zombies Reboot, and Publisher Response
Alright so we're coming up on a scene where we have to transform a zombie henchman to a realistic and pretty boy superher....wait supervillian...wait actually he's kinda a henchman still, but ends up on his own..is that still qualify as a SUPERvillian or just villian or.....I give up.
Everybodys drawn zombies right? Really? None of you tried drawing Zombies? Rotting flesh? Jacked up teeth? What about roadkill? Well ya'll just suck.
Either way this scene is coming around pretty dang I think, but I gotta rack my brain to make the transformation work.
Quick update by the way, We got Zach's first comic sent off the SLG Publishing and a result within less than 2 weeks!!! Yeah!! They said no, yeahh!!....wait.
Actually the Comic was considered good enough by the other editors to personally be handed to the Big Cheese Editor for a final decision and though it was rejected he actually took the time to point out what needed improvement and encouragement to keep at it. SLG Publishing and especially the Big Cheese Dan Voda (I'm sure I butchered his name cause I can't ever remember it) make it a point to say that they don't typically give feedback since they get so many, but if the head man is giving you feedback himself it means your on the right track and keep at it.
Though I only inked page 2 and the prologue page for this first one I get to feel like a played a small part in it and Zach and me agree that getting to the point of actually creating a 35 page comic and sending it off, even with the rejection, makes him (and me somewhat lol) feel like a real comic artist in the biz. I'm inking out all the second Evil Bunny, still doing the illustration and inking for the manga, and others that are ideas being written down by the insane genius Zach Dailey. I say we start crankin'em out, flood the publishers with new and better stuff and get further every time.
I'll hit ya'll up later, Peace.

Developing Stories
Got a few ideas running around in my head for some manga. Been runnin and idea of futuristic world, looking to include weaponry like firearms. Haven't got to throw that down much.
Other Idea is developing this character of mine that is a loner type "hero" who continues doing what he thinks is right only to find out he's actually crazy and is causing mayhem and destruction instead. Got his designs made and it's looking good. If anybodies got some suggestions or ideas hit me up here or on my facebook.

Need
There are times, when things need to change. I've had a small share of issues over the pst year, but mulling over them here wouldn't do anything for any of it.
A new lesson I seemed to of had to learn. I never faced this sort of thing before so of course it's new and I just have to get over it; find the answers. You can't live in the past; constantly revisiting painful memories and questions with no answers. It just stops you in your tracks. Stops time, stops you from moving forward. And it gives no answers. We can't live in the past.
There's plenty of things I need to do now. Certain things have distracted me from mulling over the past lately, but that's not good enough. I have to actively seek my future. It'll be rough at first, but worth it.
Well enough of the sappy life lessons, time for updates. The manga is coming along alright, still in need of grabbing some screentone material to really get my hands on all areas of manga. The art is meeting our goal on it, and pardon me tooting my own horn a little but its better than several major manga I've seen. Still the story and other factors affect the sucess of a manga.
Also, the second book of Evil Bunny is coming great. Zach's artwork and ideas in this book are even better than the first, being the inker on this book is a blast getting to see the results and feeling the mood of the story. Zach is still determined to torture me though since besides the detailing in the boards, there's alot more action effects like lining and others in this book which makes it look great but when your penciler works with a mechanical pen containing lead the width of a germ, you take plenty of time trying to get your outlines and effects right.
But I'm not complaining. Well I gotta get a little sleep, later peeps.

Who is this?
Whose this? Whose this guy? Whose this ass coming back to a blog after months and trying to act like he's always been here? OH wait....yeah it's me.
Well I've be on a good hiatus....ok i forgot about it all together. BUT! I feel good enough to get back on track here. To be honest I've been goin and goin and haven't been taking the time to think about things and write them down.
Ever just had a bad day when they're really wasn't anything goin bad anyhow? Just ill with a head cold, moody wantin to tell the world and and everybody else "piss off" but then you'd feel really bad, make yourself feel worse, get distracted and run your car into the Semi in the lane beside you. Either way just a cruddy day.
BUT we all feel that way.....still I'm gonna whine so shut up. Good things have been goin down tho, we got Zach's Evil Bunny sent off to Slave Labor Publishing and are waiting for the contract that's obviously coming. The manga is getting close to finished and I just did the design and pages for the main villian and he came out great, scary, maniacal, pure fear, and hiding under your bed.
I'm gonna jet but I'll be back with some more maybe even tonight. Peace.
